Web3 Marketing Specialist

If you are passionate about driving growth and engagement in the Web3 space, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to craft and execute strategies that amplify our brand presence and attract new users.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote our Web3 products and services.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and community initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
It’s a plus if you have the following:
- Experience with influencer and community-driven marketing.
- Knowledge of DAO governance and community engagement practices.
- Familiarity with content creation for technical audiences.
- Background in growth hacking for startups.
