Business Development Manager
Remote/Europe
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure strategic opportunities that expand our client base and partnerships in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in blockchain, DeFi, and related sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in tech or blockchain.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi, and emerging blockchain trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals or partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
It’s a plus if you have the following:
- Existing network in the Web3 or fintech space.
- Experience with fundraising or investor relations.
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems and accelerators.
