Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
- Implement secure and efficient blockchain-based features and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing systems.
- Research and prototype new blockchain technologies and frameworks.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through testing and audits.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in blockchain development.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go for smart contract and protocol development.
- Understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and blockchain consensus mechanisms.
- Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, wallets, and transaction flows.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js).
- Ability to write secure, gas-efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
It’s a plus if you have the following:
- Experience with Layer-2 scaling solutions and rollups.
- Knowledge of cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols.
- Experience in blockchain node setup and maintenance.
- Background in smart contract auditing.
- Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs and cryptographic primitives.
